When shelter-in-place orders were issued in March, the Made In team shifted from cooking Team Dinners in person to cooking them remotely. What started as a way for Made In employees to stay connected during quarantine ended up quickly evolving into a daily cooking show on the @madein (https://www.instagram.com/madein/) Instagram page featuring Made In employees and award-winning chefs crafting their favorite recipes!

This daily cooking show, appropriately called Team Dinner, featured Made In team members and our esteemed chef partners remotely breaking bread (literally and figuratively) with each other. A wide array of different Made In team members and chefs connected via video chat from across the continent while in their own home kitchens.

From three chefs in Le Bernardin’s Michelin 3-star NYC kitchen to Mei Lin of Los Angeles hotspot Nightshade (2020 James Beard Award Nominee for Best New Restaurant) and beyond, Team Dinner featured amazing chefs from across (and even outside) the country connecting in the names of togetherness and a love of food.

Below, you’ll find the full archive of Team Dinner recipes for your culinary pleasure! Enjoy!
