Needless to say this is not the only griddle on the market, that being said have you tried others, this is really the only one on the market. I have not used it four times since I purchased it a couple of breakfasts, smashburger session with the family, and some fajitas. I use it on an induction stove so I had to figure out the heat which was rather sim0le. After that it was easy peasy and a pleasure to cook on. Cleaning is rather simple which was surprising especially after the smashburgers would shield than a lot of grease and melted on cheese. 5 minutes tops and it was cleaned and seasoned for the next use. I read some of being negative reviews you must say I have an experience any of those problems. Only wish they made a larger one to cover the entire stove top. Without having to buy another bulky grill, I was able to get my flat top, and made a full breakfast the first weekend, then burgers for dinner. Having grown up in a short-order restaurant, this was super cool. Couple of downsides: 1) due to its size and weight, it was a chore to get it off the grill, scrubbed and put away. 2) if on the grill for a long time, the grill actually warped, but went back flat after it cooled. Well, that's not right. Then I saw the Made In with the handles... I actually waited 2 weeks to order it, thinking, wait, I already have a steel slab... I don't need another. But the gadget-girl inside me won, and I got it, and the first time we used it, what a game changer to pull it off the grill and clean!!
