- 1 lb dark ground turkey meat
- 1/3 yellow onion finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 1/2 cups spinach finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil for cooking
Combine all ingredients (minus grapeseed oil) into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Form meat mixture into golf ball sized balls with hands. Set aside.
Add grapeseed oil into a pan over medium high heat. Add in meatballs and cook on all sides (total cook time will be roughly 10 minutes). To help speed up the cooking process, you can cover the pan with a lid while cooking.
