   - "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits."
   - "Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic."
   - For the Cramer Class's tested (I&III) there was "no safety concern".

Great pan! I love the antique brass. Made rigatoni bolognese as soon as I got it - the sauce was already made but I assembled the final dish in the saucier. The size and shape are perfect for 4 maybe even 6 portions of pasta. Great addition to my kitchen and has already found its place as a more suitable pan than my very utilitarian All Clad chef’s pan.
