- Our Stainless and Coated Clad cookware is tested by a third-party under the European Food Contact Safety Regulations (Report #158240287a 001). The report came to the following conclusions:
   - "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits."
   - "Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic."
   - For the Cramer Class's tested (I&III) there was "no safety concern".

I had just baked a chocolate cake and was about to make the Ermine frosting when I saw the delivery man with my new Made In saucier (and other pots and pans). I opened the box, washed the saucier and made the frosting! The next night I used the frying pan to make Steak Diane and then Shrimp Puttanesca. The improvement in the cooking experience was so dramatic compared to my old pots and pans it’s hard to find the words. I couldn’t be more impressed.
