It’s a generous size and easily handles my go to one pot pasta dishes; meats, sauces, and a whole pound of pasta any shape. Easy to combine, mix, and toss together because of its size and sloping size. I hand wash my cookware and luckily even with the long handle, it fits in my sink, but a tight squeeze. I find cleaning it a bit of a challenge as the inside holds onto the protein white cooking residue and I need to use Bar Keepers Friend more often than not to remove them. With my All-Clad stainless not usually the case.
