The assortment includes our Half Griddle, an adjustable Stand, a Lid, and a Grill Press—each crafted to offer more flexibility in how (and where) you cook. Push the Stand into the ground to create a level cooking surface on uneven terrain, let the Grill Press hasten and deepen searing, and use the Lid for everything from melting cheese to adjusting cooking temperature.

I love this half griddle for smashburgers (or eggs, or pancakes) for two. It's the perfect size to pull out when you're not feeding the whole fam. It has all the performance of the full-sized carbon steel griddle, it washes and seasons just as effortlessly as the big one, but it fits absolutely everywhere (fits on every size outdoor grill), is easy to store, and remains nonstick use after use. If you love the full griddle, you need the half, too.
