## Description

The Award-Winning Carbon Steel Griddle mimics diner-style flat tops, offering an XL searing surface to maximize direct heat contact (and thus crispy edges). With half the weight/all the durability of cast iron, the Griddle seasons faster, responds quicker, and heats more evenly. This Grill Griddle is our fully-perforated option which optimizes flame-to-food contact for the simplest set-ups, encouraging more char, more sizzle, and even more flavor.

Raised handles and optional Italian leather covers enable ergonomic transport, while sloping sides contain moisture and grease. Our most rugged Cookware, the Griddle is built to traverse between back burner, backyard, and the backwoods.
