The Award-Winning Carbon Steel Griddle mimics diner-style flat tops, offering an XL searing surface to maximize direct heat contact (and thus crispy edges). With half the weight/all the durability of cast iron, the Griddle seasons faster, responds quicker, and heats more evenly. This Grill Griddle is our fully-perforated option which optimizes flame-to-food contact for the simplest set-ups, encouraging more char, more sizzle, and even more flavor.

Raised handles and optional Italian leather covers enable ergonomic transport, while sloping sides contain moisture and grease.
