At half the size of our Award-Winning Carbon Steel Griddle, the Half Griddle condenses the same high-heat performance into a smaller single-burner package. Its pre-seasoned, naturally non stick surface mimics diner-style flat tops, but is conveniently transportable so you can grill from anywhere—raised handles and optional Italian leather covers enable ergonomic transport, while sloping sides contain moisture and grease.

With half the weight/all the durability of cast iron, our Carbon Steel Griddles season faster, respond quicker, and heat more evenly. I love this half griddle for smashburgers (or eggs, or pancakes) for two. It's the perfect size to pull out when you're not feeding the whole fam. It has all the performance of the full-sized carbon steel griddle, it washes and seasons just as effortlessly as the big one, but it fits absolutely everywhere (fits on every size outdoor grill), is easy to store, and remains nonstick use after use. If you love the full griddle, you need the half, too.
