Quality seems good. We’ve only used to make pancakes but works well and easier to clean than a cast iron pan. Issues - first, sizing. This griddle comes in full and half size. The full size is huge. I have a 3 burner Weber grill and the full griddle wouldn’t have fit because of the way the handles stick out. So I opted for the half size which is…too small. It’s good for 4 small pancakes and maybe 2 burgers at a time? I get the same amount of surface area with a regular cast iron pan. Why are there not more griddle sizes available? The second issue is the griddle handles came covered with some sticky substance that hasn’t washed off with soap and water.
