This wok is so great! I seasoned it and have been stir frying for a couple of months. Easy to rinse, dry and cook again and again.
I bought this for my daughter and son in law. My son in law is a professional chef he says it is not only the best wok he has ever used but it’s also fun to cook with. My daughter is most impressed with the food he makes.

Absolutely love it. Seasoned it twice so far and it's a dream to throw together stir fries or whatever! Just wilted some spinach with olive oil for my lunch, rice/ veggie bowl. Its heavy and large so good for large dishes.

I have had my Blue Carbon Steel Wok for a while now, and have used it many times for varying food items. I can say without hesitation that this is the best wok I have ever owned, I have had three before this one!! It is a quality item, built strong and will no doubt last far longer than me. It seasoned quickly, I used canola oil and seasoned it in my propane grill to keep the smoke outside. The first thing I cooked was two eggs to see if they stuck, they didn't stick at all. Then I stir fried some ginger and onions to remove any odd flavors that might have been in the steel, and went to work using this for browning ground beef, stir frying small pieces of beef, stir frying chunks of chicken to add to soup, I have stir fried green beans, and have stir fried thin slices of raw potatoes as well many times. The wok holds heat better than a thinner carbon steel wok I used to have, it is the perfect size for me to cook for one or two people. I love how the color is changing as I use it. The handle stays cool enough to hold in a bare hand even when cooking for longer periods of time over high heat. I like the metal handle because I don't have to worry about putting the wok on the grill, or seasoning it inside the grill or oven. After my initial seasoning session when I first got it, I have not had to reseason it at all. It wipes clean most of the time, and washes out with hot water when some food particles remain or I don't clean it right away. I find the different colors the wok is taking on to be very attractive, and the uneven color on the inside is nice as well. It is non-stick and that's what matters. I like that this is plain steel, no toxins, just steel. I also cook in cast iron, but less now that I have this wok and a 10" Made In Blue Carbon Steel Frying pan. The frying pan is so nice I put away my beloved cast iron skillet and use the Blue Carbon Steel pan for everything. These items are very solid, and made to work. I highly recommend these items to anyone that wants a healthy way to cook that is lighter than cast iron.
