Over a flame or on a grill, our Paella Pan translates fire’s heat and intensity into a savory smoky charred flavor. But because our Paella Pan is induction compatible, you’re not limited to the outdoors. On the stove, Carbon Steel’s heat retention is ideal for recreating the intensity of open flame cooking.

Originating in France’s Vosges region, Carbon Steel is the chef’s answer to Cast Iron. Like Cast Iron, seasoned Carbon Steel develops a protective non stick patina that evolves and improves over time.
