The 9-Piece Organizer can hold up to 5 large (Chef, Nakiri, Bread, and Santoku) plus 4 small (Paring and Steak) knives, while the 3-Piece Extension can hold an additional 2 large knives plus 1 small knife. When fitted together, another small slot is gained, resulting in a baker’s dozen worth of storage opportunities for 7 large and 6 small knives.

Manufactured in Northern Italy by a small family company with over 60 years of experience, each Knife Organizer relies on a healthy mix of mechanical precision and hand-finished detailing to ensure optimal quality. Sustainably-sourced beech is lacquered with a food-safe water-based varnish and then fitted with non-slip rubber feet that prevent sliding in the drawer. Ultra-strong neodymium magnets ensure sturdy and streamlined customization, so the organizer can easily grow alongside your collection.
