Made fish tikka, a white fish with a yogurt-based sauce, and erred on the side of too much coating. While some sauce dripped onto the grill (surprised it didn't drip on the way there), the grill was much cleaner at the end than if an unseasoned fish had been placed directly on it. The fish itself did get the grilled flavor, and came off the basket easily for serving, with almost nothing lost. Then the basket itself cleaner easily.
