This savory beer-based cocktail spices up any brunch.
The michelada is maybe the best known beer cocktail around. The lower-alcohol cousin of the boozy Bloody Mary, it combines beer with zesty Clamato, and spices for a drink that goes down easy, especially on a hot summer day. This recipe is courtesy of our very own Video Editor Erika Limones. Serve in a Beer Glass rimmed with Tajin for a spicy, salty touch.

Sprinkle Tajín on an Appetizer Plate. Using a Paring Knife, slice lime in half and rub around the rim of a Beer Glass, then dip the rim in Tajín.
Place a few ice cubes in the Beer Glass and add Clamato juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, pepper, and salt, stirring to chill and combine. Top with the beer and stir. Garnish with remaining lime half.
