### ★★★★★ Great Flatware

Very high quality flatware. I love the weight and how shiny they are

— MM

### ★★★★★ Best long term purchase!

Replacing flatware is a big decision. I scoured the reviews and Made In flatware kept popping up as a favorite. I have previously purchased products from Made In and always been happy, in fact the exceptional quality is always a surprise. This flatware did not disappoint. The design is classic but modern. The feel is heavy and solid, a quality feel. And it doesn't spot or lose shine when put through the dishwasher. This is a great long-term purchase you'll have for years to come.

### ★★★★★ Excellent

This flatware is of EXCELLENT quality !! It’s sturdy and just heavy enough to know you’re holding a solid piece of flatware in your hand when using it!

— CC

### ★★★★★ Flatware That Shines On

This flatware set is attractive and has a substantial and balanced feel in your hands. The style lends itself to casual or formal dinnerware. The teaspoon is rather large, slightly smaller than the soup spoon. I would encourage the manufacturer to develop a smaller teaspoon to add to this set to cover all eating situations. Also, is there serve ware that matches this set? I would purchase that as well!

— Karen

### ★★★☆☆ Mixed

Strange set. I have mixed feelings about this set, which ultimately resulted in me returning my 40-piece set.

What I like:

Both forks, the tablespoon, and the dinner knife were well balanced and heavier than average silverware. This lent to a more premium feel.

The fork tines are more aggressively contoured, which looks and feels more ergonomic.

The dinner knife has sharp micro-serrations. Although it is less corrosion-resistant due to its 18/0 steel, I think the added durability is a bigger plus.

The edges are rounded, and there is the right amount of crafted detail that a plain silverware set wouldn't have, such as small scoops between the fork tines and minor contouring on the back of the spoon. These details make the silverware feel more refined.

What I dislike:

The tablespoon is comically large and somewhat impractical as a primary spoon. I think any American would agree with this assessment.

The website images show some sort of icon on the face of the silverware; however, what the stamp actually is is impossible to discern from the photos. I though it was some kind of subtle Italian logo.

The logo is actually a gaudy "Italy 18/10" stamp on the face side of each utensil. This is the least subtle way it could have been imprinted. It's obnoxiously attention grabbing. The stamp quality is inconsistent between utensils and made me instantly dislike the set once I saw it.

Objectively speaking, China can manufacture most objects to better tolerances than many American and European craftsmen brands. Nobody wants to proudly show off a "Made in China" item. I understand the intent behind this decision of showing the country of origin so visibly; however, it would make more sense for guests to organically discover where the set was made by flipping the utensil over.

The dessert spoon is about the size of a traditional American spoon. Strangely, it is the only utensil in the set that is completely front heavy making it less comfortable to hold. It is not a balanced piece, and there is no central balance point. It is frustrating that the "good" spoon is not up to par with the other utensils.

The entire set is wrapped in separate plastic rolls. I understand the focus is on delivering quality hardware rather than spending excessively on packaging, but the presentation is underwhelming for a $300 silverware set.

The stem handle is too narrow. I have pretty small hands for my height. I work in tech and have fairly skinny fingers. Even then, the handle is uncomfortably thin. It works, but at the expense of grip comfort. Due to the thoughtful shaping of the utensils, they are not difficult to maneuver; however, I would not describe them as comfortable.

Overall, while there are some genuinely good qualities to this set, I think its flaws outweigh its strengths at this price point. The oversized tablespoon, poor stamp placement, unbalanced dessert spoon, and thin handles ultimately made it feel like a collection of good ideas that weren't designed for the American market.

I spent time searching for this flatware and it has lived up to my expectations. I'm very impressed with the quality and enjoy using it.

— Jan

### ★★★★★ Happy with the upgrade

Decided I wanted "grown-up" utensils and this set does not disappoint. I real upgrade from my Idea bought set.

— Carlos

### ★★★★★ Flatware

We ordered a 40 piece set of this elegant Italian flatware and were so impressed that we added another 20 piece set. The Made In flatware combines the best of form and function.

— CE

### ★★★★★ Beautiful silverware

Beautiful silverware, waited a long time to find the perfect set for all use.

— Jordan

### ★★★★★ Best ever

I love this flatware. I've had it for 3 years spoons aren't scratched nor knives use it for every meal

— Trish

### ★★★★★ Quality

Had a party recently and a guest actually complemented these and said he can feel the quality.

— Nai

### ★★★★★ Worth the money.

These feel really natural and high quality in your hand. I replaced all the flatware in my kitchen with these.

— Ryan W.

### ★★★★★ a versatile design

This is high quality flatware. I like the polished finish. While I could do without "made in" on the knife, that's not as important as the design and usefulness of the set. Good weight and smooth edges. The knife really cuts, too. We bought the 40-piece set and then ordered four more place settings. The design is supposedly modern but is actually universal--its looks just as good with my old-fashioned Spode pattern as it does with my restaurant china collection. Several guests have commented on how good it feels in their hands.

### ★★★★★ Waited far too long

Had a prior set of flatware that was passed down from grandparents and was a bit sentimental. Shouldn’t have waited so long to replace. Looked for high quality, well-balanced stainless and read all the reviews — decided on Made In and purchased an 8-piece set. These are incredible; couldn’t be more pleased. Silverware is generously sized for adults, but our kids are enjoying them also (the proportions & weight, albeit using the smaller sized fork and spoon). Will be back for more if we ever need.

### ★★★★★ Perfect flatware

Purchased this set about 6 months ago. Been through many dishwasher cycles and they are as perfect as the day I opened them. Never understood what “balance” meant but I do now. Perfectly balanced in your hand and on the plates. Don’t let the price deter you. I started with set of 4 and quickly ordered 2 more sets

— Mpali

### ★★★☆☆ What is with the logo on the front of every piece

I just received the 40 piece flatware and it’s gorgeous, feels very high quality. I actually love the giant spoons—they are pretty large, so if that’s something you don’t appreciate, beware. They are also very thin in the middle, especially the forks, and that logo on the front just puzzles me. It does not look good and ruins the aesthetic, in my opinion. I am keeping the set, however. I need flatware and I do like these, despite the logo and other oddness, and the price point is good for this quality of flatware.

### ★★☆☆☆ Lack of customer support!

I wanted to love Made In. I placed a large flatware and serving piece order before Thanksgiving (order #1938920) and paid overnight shipping specifically so I could use the items during the holidays. Unfortunately, this has turned into one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had with a premium brand.

I received only half of my flatware order (5 boxes of 20-piece sets instead of 40-piece sets) and only 1 of the 3 serving sets I ordered. Since then, I have emailed multiple times and have received nothing but vague responses saying “someone will be in contact.” That has yet to happen.

It is now Christmas week, and despite repeated outreach, I still do not have the items I paid for, nor have I received a meaningful update, apology, or resolution. For a brand positioned as high-end and professional, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Mistakes happen—but silence, delays, and indifference are not how they should be handled.

What’s most disappointing is not just the shipping error, but the complete failure to resolve it in a timely or respectful way. I paid extra for speed, trusted the brand, and was left without the products for the very occasions they were purchased for.

I am posting this in hopes that someone at Made In will finally take responsibility and make this right—because at this point, the customer experience does not match the brand promise at all.

### ★★★★★ Flatware

Love my new flatware! They are a great size and weight will be ordering another set soon

— JB1986

### ★★★★★ Superior Quality

Very happy with this purchase. Will last a lifetime.

— TLShirtz

### ★★★★★ Worth it

These feel great in your hand. Well balanced and classic design.

— CK Forde

### ★★★★★ Flatware

Bought this for my son & daughter in law, they love it, their other flatware was horrible with rust stains

— CiCi

### ★★★★★ Can’t go back to cheap sets

Premium feel. Balance is perfect. Hope they hold up as well as I have heard but these feel so good to hold.

— Niko

### ★★★★★ Love this Flatware

The Flatware is beautiful to look at and to hold. Love the weight and the shape. I know lots of debate about the spoon size, but we love the slightly larger teaspoon. The flatware comes out of the dishwasher sparkling and so happy that the knives actually can cut! What a great purchase.

— Debbie W..

### ★★★★☆ Great Flatware, just not for us.

Made-in Flatware is beautiful. We are returning the ones we ordered. My wife and did not like how thin the hand on the forks and spoons are. The area where you hold them is much slimmer than what we are accustomed to. I wish that is was not the case, because the quality and feel of the flatware is amazing!

— Stephen O

### ★★★★★ Money well spent

My wife and I agreed on these. I mean, that right there tells you something. After going on a quest to find flatware, we soon realized that you actually had to pay more money to have a simpler, cleaner design. But even still, I was nervous after we ordered because we all know it's tough to really trust anything these days (thanks Amazon). However, we've had these for a couple of weeks now and have been impressed by the heft and quality. Plus, because I'm a little nuts, I found similar looking flatware and, it turns out, this was a great deal (bought during a Black Friday promotion). Lastly, because it seems like people make a big fuss about this stuff, I do like how the flatware fits in my hand. Feels sturdy and balanced.

— Ed R

### ★★☆☆☆ Would like to return, but can’t.

I bought the 40 piece set a couple weeks ago. Teaspoons are the size of tablespoons. Dinner forks are huge. Salad forks are like a normal fork. The handles on the spoons and forks are straight instead of slightly curved. Odd feeling when holding them. Made in insignia is engraved on the top of the forks
and spoons, which isn’t pleasing to look at. Should be on back of handles. I would return them if I could, but only store credit or exchange is allowed. They have no other flatware options.

— Tami

### ★★★★★ Great Flatware if you want an upgrade.

Love this flatware, great weight and feel to them!

— G St

### ★★☆☆☆ Odd Design Choice - Metal Stamping

Don’t like the 18-10 Italy stamping on the metal where the utensils touch your mouth. This should be somewhere underneath or not on a portion that goes in you look at when you take a bite of food. I found it unappetizing and a little annoying to clean. Just a very odd design choice. Returning them.
