Together, these scaled down versions of the best-selling originals offer more dexterity, more control, and more precision. Whether you’re fine-tuning your knife skills or bulking up your knife block, this duo will quickly earn its spot in your rotation.

Instead of being cheaply welded together, all of our Knives are full tang and fully forged, meaning they are crafted from a single rod of stainless steel that extends from tip to handle—resulting in sharper, perfectly balanced blades.

With a rounded tip and a straighter blade profile, the Santoku lets you use the entire width of the blade to make quick, downward cuts. Individual flutes keep ingredients from sticking to your blades, so you can prep meat, vegetables, or fish quickly and accurately.

First launched in 2022, the 6” Chef Knife’s precision, control, and versatility sold this blade out in one day. At just 6”, it fills the gap between the standard 8” Chef Knife and the (almost) 4” Paring Knife. Its ability to make smaller, defter cuts makes it Chef Sarah Heard’s favorite knife for everything from mincing to spatchcocking.

I would say that a good chef knife is one of the most critical tools you can have in the kitchen. Obviously, almost every ingredient you come in contact with you’re going to cut or manipulate in some way.

When you grab those knives and you go to slice or chop, the handle should feel good in your hand. The Made In knives definitely meet that requirement and they also keep their edge, and that’s really really important
