## Description

Including both the original and travel-size versions of the Santoku, this Set offers peak versatility and precision—use it for everything from speed mincing garlic to safely breaking down larger cuts.

Instead of being cheaply welded together, all of our Knives are full tang and fully forged, meaning they are crafted from a single rod of stainless steel that extends from tip to handle—resulting in sharper, perfectly balanced blades.

With a rounded tip and a straighter blade profile, the  Santoku lets you use the entire width of the blade to make quick, downward cuts. Individual flutes keep ingredients from sticking to your blades, so you can prep meat, vegetables, or fish quickly and accurately.
