Our Carbon Steel Frying Pan features just enough surface area for a single large flatbread, steak, or a couple of chicken breasts, while the Griddle’s wide, flat surface gives you even more room to spread out, plus sloped sides to prevent moisture or grease from spilling over. At roughly half the weight of cast iron, both pans are also way easier to lift and maneuver in and out of a scorching hot pizza oven.
