Originally a Limited-Edition release, this Japanese-style Knife proved to be so popular we brought it back for good. Forged in Thiers, France alongside our other blades, each Nakiri is temperature shocked, chemically hardened, and finished by hand for an incomparably sharp edge. A solid olive wood handle offers a more natural look and feel for aesthetically minded cooks.

Our Nakiri’s full tang, fully forged blade features a slight curve and a blunt tip for faster chopping, slicing, and mincing. And thanks to its slightly smaller size, our Nakiri is ideal for tasks requiring more precision.
