## Description

Crafted in the Knife capital of the world—Thiers, France—the Nakiri is forged by a 5th generation bladesmith and hardened with nitrogen. Its design combines the utilitarianism of German blades with the precision of Japanese knives.

Instead of being cheaply welded together, all of our Knives are full tang and fully forged, meaning they are crafted from a single rod of stainless steel that extends from tip to handle—resulting in sharper, perfectly balanced blades.

I have bought many Made In products.  Sadly this is the first one I have been disappointed with.  This is the most uncomfortable knife I have ever used.  The spine of the knife has sharp edges that dig in and will eventually cause a blister.   Sorry Made In, but you missed the mark on this one.

This knife was a gift years ago and I bring it to my part time kitchen job. Chopped probably hundreds of pounds of basil and bell peppers and onions with this thing. The logo is warn out by now. I've dropped it a few times and never broke on me. The extra hardness makes these knives brittle but very sharp and powerful.

My only regret is I didn’t know about this brand sooner and wasted money on others that promise the sky , but deliver mud. Trust me. Just try one item, you’ll return to replace not only your knives, but all kitchenware available here. I already own more than 10 knives , pans and a griddle set.
