Details

Crafted in the Knife capital of the world—Thiers, France—the Carving Knife is forged by a 5th generation bladesmith and hardened with nitrogen gas. Its design combines German blades’ utilitarianism with Japanese knives’ precision.

With a long, tapered blade, the Carving Knife helps you produce perfectly clean cuts of meat. The Yew Wood handle is hand finished to help you make longer, more precise strokes.

Instead of being cheaply welded together, all of our Knives are full tang and fully forged, meaning they are crafted from a single rod of stainless steel that extends from tip to handle—resulting in sharper, perfectly balanced blades. Shop the beautiful Limited-Edition blade before it’s gone for good.

I would say that a good chef knife is one of the most critical tools you can have in the kitchen. Obviously, almost every ingredient you come in contact with you’re going to cut or manipulate in some way.

When you grab those knives and you go to slice or chop, the handle should feel good in your hand. The Made In knives definitely meet that requirement and they also keep their edge, and that’s really really important
