With two complementary designs—the classic Carbon Steel Frying Pan, plus the perforated Grill Frying Pan—we’ve got all of your outdoor cooking bases covered. Both pans are heat-resistant up to 1200F, making them safe to use on the grill, over an open fire, or even in a brick oven—and at roughly half the weight of cast iron, they’re even easier to transport from stovetop to grill.



The  Seasoned Carbon Steel Frying Pan features ample surface area and gently sloping walls, yielding beautifully crisp, golden brown crusts on your steaks, chops, and veggies. With 53 dime-sized perforations, the Seasoned Grill Frying Pan offers an equally perfect sear, but with an added touch of smoky grill flavor.

I have purchased several of the carbon steel griddles and pans - for my own use and for gifts.  The pans are well made and have excellent heat retention. The versatile griddle and pans are ideal for outdoor grilling. The perforated carbon steel pan is perfect for grilling vegetables. 

It should be noted that the carbon steel line requires ongoing maintenance and re-seasoning to maintain their functional non stick properties, but the necessary maintenance steps will ensure the longevity of these products.
