With two complementary designs—the classic Carbon Steel Frying Pan, plus the perforated Grill Frying Pan—we’ve got all of your outdoor cooking bases covered. Both pans are heat-resistant up to 1200F, making them safe to use on the grill, over an open fire, or even in a brick oven—and at roughly half the weight of cast iron, they’re even easier to transport from stovetop to grill.



The Carbon Steel Frying Pan pan features ample surface area and gently sloping walls, yielding beautifully crisp, golden brown crusts on your steaks, chops, and veggies. With 53 dime-sized perforations, the Seasoned Grill Frying Pan offers an equally perfect sear, but with an added touch of smoky grill flavor. For an even crispier crust and more evenly cooked interior—ideal for smash burgers and spatchcocked birds—try out our Stainless Steel Grill Press. We’ve also thrown in our stainless steel Butter Warmer, so you can make a quick garlic butter or homemade roux while you finish cooking your main.

   - "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits."
   - "Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic."
   - For the Cramer Class's tested (I&III) there was "no safety concern".
