Description
After the Limited Edition sold out in just 3 hours, the Nakiri Knife is back in the classic Made In handle. The blade is a staple of Japanese cuisine with its straight, symmetrical edged knife that is perfect for chopping and dicing vegetables, as it cuts straight without rocking like other more rounded shapes. Like all of our knives, it is full tang, fully forged, and made from fifth-generation bladesmiths.

Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Made In will pay the shipping in the contiguous US for orders over $49. Items ship within two business days during non-peak/holiday times and orders are delivered to most parts of the US, on average, three business days later. In the event that you'd like to return or exchange your cookware within 45 days from the date of delivery, we will cover return shipping costs in the contiguous US. This product is covered under our limited lifetime warranty.

Explore Made In
Transparency is one of our core values. We want you to know who Made In is and what we're all about so you can feel great about your purchase before, during, and long after.

Artisan Crafted
We travel the world to search for and partner with the best cookware artisans — the men and women who have dedicated their lives to perfecting their craft. Our products don't all come from one big factory somewhere; each one is handcrafted by the specific people who know that product better than anyone.

Chef Designed
We work with some of the world's best chefs and use their knowledge of cookware pain points and inadequacies to help inform our product design decisions. We'll keep going back to the drawing board until our chefs tell us we got it right.

Attention Grabbing
Don't just take our word for it regarding our quality. We're proud to have received glowing reviews from a wide array of highly trusted publications such as Consumer Reports, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Chowhound, and Cook's Illustrated.
Put your questions to rest
Choosing the perfect cookware for your kitchen doesn't have to be overwhelming - we're here to make it easier!
