How should these salt blends be used?

While they were created with smash burgers and our Carbon Steel Griddle in mind, these blends are incredibly versatile. Here are a few other ways to use each salt in the trio, as recommended by our Creative Culinary Director: Smoky Onion Salt: Grilled steaks and pork, meatloaf and meatballs, sautéed mushrooms Special Sauce Salt: White fish, shrimp, eggs Pickle Salt: Chicken, salmon, grilled vegetables, potatoes, dinner rolls All 3: Avocado toast, popcorn, mixed with yogurt or sour cream to make a dip, flavored breadcrumbs for dredging, or as salt rims for cocktails.

Can the salts be purchased individually?

The limited-edition Made In x Jacobsen Salt Co. Seasoning Trio are only available as a set and will not be sold separately.

Can these blends be cooked with, or are they just finishing salts?

Both! While they're excellent as finishing salts, you can also use them during the cooking process—especially on proteins or vegetables going on the grill. Just keep in mind that this sea salt packs a punch, so a little goes a long way.
