## Description

Constructed from Carbon Steel, our Paella Pan distributes heat across the bottom and up the sides to ensure that the whole dish is perfectly cooked. This is especially crucial for getting the coveted socarrat, or crispy rice on the bottom of the paella. This Pan can be used indoors or outside, and its wide surface area makes for an attractive serving dish as well.

Along with a recipe for Paella, this set includes two specialty ingredients needed to make this signature dish at home. Burlap & Barrel’s single-origin Herati Saffron has a delicate floral flavor and gives everything it touches a golden hue. Matiz Paella Rice is a short-grain rice sourced directly from Valencia, and its high absorption rate provides just enough bite for the perfect texture.

I Love my Made In pans I cook quite a bit. I'm 61 years old, so I've gone through a few sets of pans. I had been researching Carbon Steel pans for over a year.
