Pizza Steel

Made from Carbon Steel, our Pizza Steel is designed to hold the hottest temperature of your oven to mimic a brick oven. It has 86 perforations to allow the heat to circulate in the oven and hit the bottom of the crust.

Our Pizza Steel is also ⅕ of the weight of common pizza stones, so you have way more accessibility with it, whether you’re using it in your oven or on the grill.

Bianco DiNapoli Crushed Tomatoes

Founded by James Beard award-winner Chris Bianco and 3rd-generation tomato farmer Rob DiNapoli, there aren't better canned tomatoes than these. Organically grown in Northern California, they're canned within hours of being harvested.

Due to long summer hours and the extremely fertile soil, these tomatoes are full of flavor and don’t need anything else added to them to make the perfect tomato sauce.

Hayden Mills Pizza Flour

Made from three different flours (Hard Red Spring, White Sonora, and Blue Beard Durum), Hayden Mills Pizza Flour is the key to getting the perfect pizza crust every time. Since the flours are ground on a stone mill, all the flavor and nutrients are preserved and produce a crispy and incredibly flavorful crust.

How to Put Them Together to Achieve the Perfect Pizza

  1. Prep your pizza dough using Hayden Mills instructions on the box. It is insanely easy and only requires 1-2 hours (or up to 18 if you have the time) of proofing.

  1. Turn your oven to the hottest temperature it can reach, and place your Pizza Steel in the oven.

  1. Stretch or roll your pizza dough into a 12-inch pie and place on a pizza peel for easy transportation onto your pizza steel.

  1. Spread a layer of your Bianco DiNapoli Crushed tomatoes onto the pizza dough. That’s all you need!

  1. Top with mozzarella cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and any extra toppings that you prefer.

  1. Using your pizza peel (or an inverted sheet pan), slide your pizza onto the pizza steel and let it bake for 8-10 minutes, until the bottom of the pizza is nice and firm and the cheese is melted perfectly.

  1. Take the pizza out and place it on a wire rack, which will keep the bottom from steaming and running that perfect curst. Top with freshly torn basil, grated Parmigiano cheese, and a drizzle of olive oil. Et voilá!

With the Made In Pizza Set, you can achieve pizza perfection at home — no need to wait for delivery.
