Here's a recipe for Ana's Turkey Meatballs from Justin Coit of @cookingwithcoit that utilizes a Made In Saute Pan!

Not only are these turkey meatballs loaded with vegetables, but they are also incredibly filling too. If you aren't much of a turkey fan you can easily swap out the meat for chicken or even beef. Put these turkey meatballs on anything from rice to pasta. They are also delicious all on their own. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb dark ground turkey meat
  • 1/3 yellow onion finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (minus grapeseed oil) into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Form meat mixture into golf ball sized balls with hands. Set aside.
  • Add grapeseed oil into a pan over medium high heat. Add in meatballs and cook on all sides (total cook time will be roughly 10 minutes). To help speed up the cooking process, you can cover the pan with a lid while cooking.
