The bottom layer is 430 Stainless Steel, allowing for our Cookware to be used on an induction stove, while the top layer of 304 Stainless Steel creates a non-toxic and highly durable cooking surface. The second and fourth layers are pure aluminum and the third layer is an aluminum alloy, which makes them amazing conductors of heat.

Even Heating

Our 5-ply Stainless Clad construction means that the heat is distributed evenly, so you don’t have to worry about hot spots on our Cookware. The aluminum core excels at conducting heat but is thoroughly insulated by Stainless Steel, which creates a safe cooking surface.
