A good sheet pan is your friend in many kitchen endeavors. From roasting vegetables to organizing your ingredients, there’s almost no kitchen activity that won’t have you reaching for a sheet pan. Go semi-homemade by buying pre-made puff pastry and wrapping the hot dogs (or dare we say sausages) at home, or give yourself a break by simply buying the frozen guys. No one will know the difference.
