Some collaborations just make sense. At Made In, we’ve spent the past eight years creating professional-quality cookware and kitchen tools built to perform in the world’s toughest kitchens. Wrangler has spent more than 75 years designing iconic, durable denim garments built to work. So when we had a wild idea to bring denim into the kitchen, we knew there was only one partner who could help us do it right.
Together, we created a collection that’s as functional as it is timeless—designed for chefs, home cooks, and anyone who appreciates gear that works as hard as they do.
An Ode to Legacy Denim

The idea started with an experiment—what if we could incorporate denim into knives and kitchen gear in a way that was actually functional? Denim is iconic, but it also has the qualities we love most in kitchen tools and apparel: it's rugged, long-lasting, and only gets better with time.
But we didn’t want to just buy any denim off the shelf. We wanted to do it right. So we partnered with Wrangler—the masters of workwear—to learn from their material expertise and bring true denim craftsmanship to our world of culinary design.
This limited-edition collection includes five new pieces that blend Wrangler’s signature denim with Made In’s culinary performance standards, including our first foray into branded apparel.
1. The Knife Set
Our award-winning French-made Chef, Utility, and Paring Knives, now with handles made from actual Wrangler denim.
2. The Apron
Built for the heat of the kitchen, designed for daily wear. We added smart features around feedback from chefs and customers who wear aprons every day, with an eye toward function first—then style. Some of these details:
- Detachable leather neck and back straps for easy machine washing
- Interior zipper pocket for safe storage
- Deep tool pockets for accessibility on the line
- A premium leather Wrangler x Made In patch
3. The Chef Jacket
Wrangler’s timeless chore coat silhouette meets Made In’s kitchen-first updates. Designed to be worn in and out of the kitchen, it’s a jacket that works hard while looking great.
4. The Chef Shirt
Made from lightweight cotton twill that keeps you cool during prep and polished during service, it’s one of those pieces that becomes an instant uniform.
5. The Tee Shirt
A soft, comfortable cotton graphic tee made for those who know that cooking isn’t about the setting—it’s about what you bring to the table. With a subtle logo on the front and full-size graphic on the back, this shirt celebrates the double meaning of “home on the range”—a nod to both the open country and the heat of the kitchen.
Inspired by the Industry, Built for Real Use

As Wrangler’s Global VP of Design, Vivian Revetti, put it: “Denim has to work. It has to have durability, performance, features, and sustainability.”
That philosophy guided every design decision in this collection. From the reinforced stitching in the chore coat to the antimicrobial properties in the denim knife handles, we built each product to hold up to the wear and tear of a real kitchen. The apron, for instance, was reimagined based on direct chef feedback—removing features that made it hard to clean, and adding others that made it more useful on the job.
We spend a lot of time in commercial kitchens and on set with chefs. We see how gear gets used—and misused—every day. That firsthand insight shaped this collection.
We thought about how aprons get thrown in the wash (or don’t), how jackets need to stretch and breathe, and how pockets should actually work. Every piece was built around real-world needs, not just aesthetics—we wanted to create tools and garments that people would actually use, every day.
Two Brands, One Mission

At their core, both Wrangler and Made In are about craftsmanship. We design for people who work with their hands, who take pride in doing things the right way, and who expect their gear to show up and hold up.
“Wrangler jeans are meant to last. Made In products are meant to last. That connectivity really fueled us to go after a collaboration that just makes sense,” said Revetti.
Whether you're on the line, by the grill, or cooking at home on the range, this collection brings together two legacies of performance-driven design—each piece a testament to our shared respect for material, craft, and the people who use what we make.
