Tanned and hand-stitched in the United States, they make transport between grill, stovetop, and storage both more comfortable and stylish.

To clean, remove Handle Covers from the Griddle and wipe down with a damp cloth. Handle Covers should be removed during cooking, as leather is a natural material and will be damaged by prolonged contact with direct or intense heat.

We evaluated both carbon steel and cast iron for our griddle needs. We chose the Made-in due to its being constructed from carbon steel. We like the speed at which it can be heated up, the lighter weight and ease of clean up. The carbon steel gives my food great color fast. They're beautiful, but honestly, if you can't use them while cooking and have to wait until the griddle is cool (as per the safety instructions on this site), why would you have them? Purely for aesthetics? A cooled griddle isn't that hard to carry. I bought some but I think I'm going to return them as they have no practical purpose.
