We’re proud to produce the highest-quality cookware and tools, often in the country they originated in—for instance, most of our Knives are forged in Thiers, France, the birthplace of the modern chef knife. When we can’t make tools where they originated from, we turn to where we can get the highest-quality construction materials.

That’s why, for our 7-piece Non Stick Set and Frying Pans, we decided to work with a factory based in Tennessee. We source everything for these pieces from the States, and work with artisans who show their passion, centuries of expertise, and dedication to detail in each and every one of our pots and pans. Here’s what you need to know about other American-made Non Stick, and why we think ours reigns supreme.

    American-Made Non Stick Cookware

When it comes to American-made cookware, there are a few options to choose from. The main brands are Heritage Steel, Nordic Ware, All-Clad, and Made In—though Heritage Steel doesn’t make non stick. Meaning if you’re on the hunt for USA-made non stick cookware, your choices are between All-Clad, Nordic Ware, and Made In.

    Made In Non Stick Cookware

To make our Non Stick Cookware, we partnered with a multi-generational factory in Tennessee to ensure that each pan that passes through their hands and into yours is of the highest quality.

Each of our Non Stick Pans starts as our Award-Winning 5-Ply Stainless Clad base, then multiple layers of non stick coating are applied. This results in not only a durable, easy-to-clean surface, but lasts 70 times longer than “ceramic” cookware, and is even oven-safe up to 500F.

The result is a truly non stick pan with shockingly even heat distribution, perfect for anything from seared scallops to a Dutch baby.

    All-Clad Non Stick Cookware

All-Clad Cookware is made in Pennsylvania, and similar to ours, features a non stick coating that is oven safe up to 500F. Check out our guide on Made In vs. All-Clad for more insight on how our two products compare.

    Nordic Ware Non Stick Cookware

The final option is Nordic Ware, also made in Tennessee. They also utilize a non stick coating on their cookware, yet the main difference between Nordic Ware and the competition is that Nordic Ware’s cookware is made of aluminum, rather than the more durable stainless steel. Aluminum is more prone to warping and doesn’t conduct or retain heat as evenly.

(For our Non Stick Cookware, we use our Award-Winning 5-Ply Stainless Clad Cookware for a durable, high-performance foundation.)
