6" Santoku
Translating to “three-purpose” as a nod to its ability to tackle meat, fish, and vegetables alike, this all-purpose knife features a tall blade and a rounded tip.
6" Nakiri
An extremely thin, flat, rectangular blade makes this knife especially well-suited to chopping, slicing, and mincing vegetables and fruit.
