# Lobster Thermidor - Made In

Inspired by the classic dish made famous by none other than Chef Julia Child, lobster thermidor is the perfect meal to serve when you’re aiming to impress. 

This special occasion dish of French origin involves stuffing lobster shells with lobster meat and mushrooms, topping with a rich sauce, and broiling to perfection. Inspired by Julia Child’s classic recipe, it doesn’t get more impressive than this. You can serve 4 people as an appetizer, or 2–4 as an entree (we suggest adding pasta, rice, or a crisp salad on the side to make it a full meal).

Feel free to skip the steaming step and purchase whole steamed lobsters. If you have extra sauce, use it to toss pasta, make some killer mac and cheese, or swap it for the bechamel found in a Croque Madame or Monsieur.
