Our Wok Utensil Set is a chuan, a hoak and a spider in 304 stainless with dark wood handles, each shaped to follow the curve of our Wok.

## Description

Stir-frying is a tossing motion, not a stirring one, and it needs tools that can reach the bottom of a curved pan and lift a whole portion at once. The Wok Utensil Set is the three that do it: the chuan gets under food and redistributes it, the hoak corrals and sauces, and the spider lifts and drains.

Because each head follows the curve of our Wok rather than a flat base, the chuan's thin lip slides under food instead of pushing it, and its wide head moves a large amount in one motion. The spider's open weave means small pieces come out of hot oil drained rather than dripping. Each handle is dark wood, angled and long enough to keep your hand out of the heat coming off a wok at temperature.

Heads are 304 stainless and handles are dark wood, so this Set is not for the dishwasher. Hand wash immediately, then dry with a soft cloth right away. A mild scouring pad will take stubborn grime off the metal; skip steel wool. Sold as one Set of three, no à la carte. Made in China.
