The glasses are beautiful, but the packaging was horrible.  The glasses were not protected in any way - no foam or packing peanuts or bubble wrap.  The small box with wine glasses was packed in a much bigger box for shipping, and again, there was no protection around the glasses.  Needless to say, before the box was opened I could hear the broken glass.
