## Description

Our 2-Piece Weighted Press Set is designed to maximize that contact, ensuring fast, even cooking and deep, caramelized browning on everything from sandwiches to seared meats. Developed to pair with our Griddle Press, this set includes two graduated stainless steel weights—a 13-ounce Small Weight and a 20-ounce Large Weight—that can be used individually, nested together, or integrated with your existing Press. This modular design allows you to dial in the exact pressure you need for every cook, whether you’re crisping chicken skin or achieving picture-perfect grill marks.Each weight features a silicone-wrapped handle (heat resistant up to 446°F) for safe, comfortable maneuvering while you work. For longer cuts like tenderloin, the weights can be shingled across the surface for even distribution, and when you’re done, they stack neatly for compact storage. Unlike traditional cast iron presses, ours are dishwasher safe for easy clean up.
