## Description

This high-performing set features everything you need to cook, serve, and carve your Thanksgiving turkey. Our warp-resistant Stainless Clad Roasting Pan can fit up to a 24-pound bird and, thanks to 3-ply construction and high walls, provides consistent heating, easy movement, and even cooking. The handle shape allows you to fully enclose the pan with foil while the stainless Roasting Rack improves air circulation for perfectly browned, crisp skin.

Designed to hold larger quantities of meat and sides, the Turkey Serving Platter features a flat center with slightly sloped side walls for containing any sauces or juices. It’s crafted from durable vitrified ceramic and is thermal shock resistant.

The thin, sturdy blade and pointed tip of our 9” Carving Knife makes it ideal for delicate slicing and working around poultry joints and bones, unlike electric knives which can rip and tear the turkey. Crafted from corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel, the Carving Fork features two sharp points for holding the meat firmly in place.
