## Description

This limited-edition two-piece set—designed with Chef Tom Colicchio—includes an 11” Frying Pan and Carbon Steel Roasting Pan, both crafted from high-performance seasoned carbon steel and finished with solid brass handles. Built for serious home cooks, each piece offers incredible heat retention, natural non stick performance that improves over time, and the durability to handle everything from searing to roasting. The Roasting Pan also includes a custom-fit roasting rack and arrives pre-seasoned with a blend of shea nut and coconut oil, ready for use right out of the box.

Each piece in the set was inspired by Tom’s personal cookware and reverse-engineered to match the designs he’s relied on for decades. The Frying Pan features gently sloped walls and a long brass handle for sautéing, searing, and stove-to-oven cooking, while the Roasting Pan offers high sides to retain heat and juices, plus wide, easy-to-grip brass handles that shine in both form and function.
