I bought this with several other pans, actually have more pans on the way after I received the first shipment and liked them so much . This pan is built well, but the handle it’s too small compared to Made In own handles which are extraordinary . Maybe Tom Colocchio has really small hands? This handle heats up very quickly too. Its a nice carbon steel pan with one major flaw, in my perspective. I knew going in, based on the handle design and handle material, that the handle would get quite hot, very quickly. Made-In knew it as well, which is why Made-In included a hand towel with each pan. There is nothing inherently wrong with this, they the wanted the pan to be a close to the original pan it was inspired by as it could be. It's a gorgeous looking pan, and the preseasoning is convenient and makes for a high performing carbon steel pan.
