I switched to this stainless clad frying pan set expecting a learning curve. There definitely was one. After a couple of meals, though, it all clicked.

These pans heat evenly, develop an incredible sear, and feel like they'll outlast me. Once you learn the right heat and timing, they're a joy to cook with. I actually find myself reaching for them over nonstick more often than I expected.

Five stars. It turns out all those years of blaming my cookware were only partially justified.
