The CeramiClad 2.0 surface releases eggs, crêpes, and delicate fish then wipes clean. It's made without PFAS and forever chemicals, the compounds people are avoiding in traditional nonstick, and third-party tested. The 5-ply body is what the rest of the ceramic competitors skip. Five bonded layers with an aluminum core spread heat evenly across the base and up the deep walls instead of pooling in a hot center. Eggs set without a scorched ring, and a full pan sears instead of steaming. At 6 quarts with deep walls and a wide base, it's the everyday pan that takes on a whole meal: a weeknight stir-fry, a skillet of chicken and rice, a one-pan pasta for the table.
