The 5-ply construction cleans up in seconds, because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes. Two looped handles and an angled rim make transport and pouring simple, while a tight-fitting lid traps steam to accelerate your boil and lock in flavor.

- Our Stainless and Coated Clad cookware is tested by a third-party under the European Food Contact Safety Regulations (Report #158240287a 001). The report came to the following conclusions:
   - "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits."
   - "Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic."
   - For the Cramer Class's tested (I&III) there was "no safety concern".

Food I was cooking using my 8 quart Made In pot sometimes seemed lost in the bottom of the pan. The 6 quart size has been perfect for a quick soup, rice and beans, a pasta sauce, boiling corn—whatever. I even use it as a Dutch oven for stews. It fills the bill!
