- Our Stainless and Coated Clad frying pans are tested by a third-party under the European Food Contact Safety Regulations (Report #158240287a 001). The report came to the following conclusions:
   - "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits."
   - "Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic."
   - For the Cramer Class's tested (I&III) there was "no safety concern".

I guess I will never realize the true value of this pan. The thing warped on me during my first couple weeks of using. Perhaps I had it on the heat a while but there was no cold shock after. Now it’s extremely difficult to get even heating on an induction stovetop.

Frying pan advertises made in Italy on the site. Gives big story about the Italian factory. Says made in Italy specifically. My pan says made in USA.... 12 inch stainless steel frying pan. I was lied to. I want the pan I purchased that is advertised as MADE IN ITALY
