They have had my order at their Lowell location for over a week. They made two attempts to deliver and didn’t leave my package either time. I have had multiple deliveries to my location with zero issues. If they are afraid of dogs, send someone else or contact me to make arrangements. I updated delivery instructions to try to help them and I have had no reply or any additional attempts to deliver. They have no direct contact information like Fedex or UPS. I called Made In to open a claim and Amazon replied in an email as if I was the seller. In that was an absolute lie. They said that they had given the buyer instructions on how to receive their package. That’s what they are telling the seller. They did not give me instructions and they have left my package sitting in their warehouse. I would love to rate the pan. But I may never get it. And I read that Made In has terrible customer service. So it may be impossible to rectify this.
