## Description

The 5-Ply Stainless Clad Fish Pan bonds five plies of stainless and aluminum that heat fast and evenly, so delicate seafood never finds a hot spot. The cooking surface is uncoated, built to sear, browning skin and building the fond that makes a real pan sauce in a way non stick never could. Made in Italy with stay-cool helper handles, it carries from stovetop to oven and stays oven safe to 800F, with no coating to scratch, wear out, or replace.

We shaped it long and oval because a whole branzino was just never going to fit a round skillet. The extended 12" surface holds whole fish, large fillets, and several portions at once without crowding or steaming, while low, flared sidewalls give a fish spatula the room it needs to slide under and turn delicate proteins cleanly. It earns its keep well past seafood, laying out asparagus, bacon, sausages, and cutlets in one uncrowded layer.
