As you've undoubtedly read elsewhere, the CS is abysmal. They run a skeleton crew and the only way you can actually get any traction is by going through social media. Gotta protect that marketed reputation.... Anyway, aside from pans arriving damaged and the nearly 2 months of back and forth getting replacements, the pans looked very promising. However, and this is a very big HOWEVER, if you own an induction cooktop be prepared to be extremely frustrated. Do they technically work? Yes. They're ferrous and do heat. But if my LG Studio range is even at 5.5, which is barely over medium, the saucier and 8" pan will warp. The 10" pan will warp if you open the cupboard too fast, so forget about searing anything. They are simply too thin to handle any significant heat. I've just gone back to using my cast iron and carbon for searing. Are they "restaurant quality"? Probably. If you're using cast iron grates over gas burners, who cares if they're not perfectly flat? They would be fantastic for that. Don't equate restaurant quality with high quality. If you've ever worked in a restaurant you know that they use utilitarian products. And they're all dented and bent. So yeah... I mean I guess these very much are restaurant quality in that they're misshapen the second they've been used. But for a glass topped cooktop these are a nightmare. If you have induction, they will warp the first time you use them. Yes, even if you heat them slowly and keep the heat low and all that kid glove stuff. My All-clad can take zero to 7/10 heat no problem. Sears in about 3-4 minutes. These need to be babied so hard that they are by far the rate limiting factor in my kitchen. Think at least 10 minutes to get close to hot enough to sear correctly. My cast iron heats in the same time, so why would I use this? Get used to cold setting your 10" fry pan. Anyone who complains about sticking hasn't mastered stainless. And honestly, that is the vast majority of the 3, 2, and 1 star reviews. For general purpose sauteing they are just as good as any other stainless pan. The 10" has actually become my go to over easy egg pan. So the good stuff - the handles are great and I really appreciate the low angle. They're also quite rounded and contoured in just the right places for a good grip. And they look great. I've never particularly liked the look of polished All-clad, so these are a more modern feel.
