I purchased these 2qt and 3qt sauciers to use on my gas stove. Very nice pans (pots?) and I definitely appreciate the long handles which stay cool even after simmering for long periods. The tops are my only quibble as I wish there had been glass options in order to view the status of the contents. I was able to find a couple glass tops that fit pretty well from the Calphalon set I'm retiring, so that solves my issue for now, though I don't expect that will be a solution as I continue my replacement strategy.
