Proceeds from our French Ceramic Bakeware are donated directly to Southern Smoke Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded by Chef Chris Shepherd that supports food and beverage workers nationwide in crisis through emergency relief funding, wellness, and educational opportunities. Our rectangular baking dish is made from high-fired clay, resulting in a smooth, durable body that is microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. This baking dish is oven safe up to 480F, thermal-shock resistant, and features an enameled surface resulting in a naturally non stick cooking surface.

Sturdy and Perfect for Serving
