Including two of our rugged, responsive carbon steel pans—the classic Seasoned Carbon Steel Frying Pan and Small Griddle—this set is perfect for making charred, fluffy homemade flatbread, panini, proteins, and more.



Our Carbon Steel Frying Pan features just enough surface area for a single large flatbread, steak, or a couple of chicken breasts, while the Griddle’s wide, flat surface gives you even more room to spread out, plus sloped sides to prevent moisture or grease from spilling over. At roughly half the weight of cast iron, both pans are also way easier to lift and maneuver in and out of a scorching hot pizza oven.

I was pretty hyped and excited to receive my order. Started the 10" pan right away. The first 2 dishes were impressive. Since then, the seasoning has been a nightmare. Kids and husband won't consider the Made in pans ever. I am using it, but season every single time is not doable. As compare to Tarmontina carbon steel, (which has been used for 6 months now), it hardly needs seasoning. Have not used 8" pan or cast iron gridle yet.
